We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 


📦 Returns

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed

  • All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact

  • The product must be in resellable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


🔄 Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • A different size

  • A different color (if available)

If the item is no longer in stock, we will process a refund.


❌ Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Limited edition drops (unless faulty)


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product was faulty or the wrong item was delivered.


🚚 Return Shipping

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The product was faulty

We recommend using a track & trace service, as MOLUXE® is not responsible for lost return shipments.


⚠️ Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • The item

  • The defect

  • The packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
